Ah peppers, the bane of people who aren't used to spice. I personally love them, and because of that using dried peppers, pepper seeds, or pepper-based infusions have been a cornerstone of my craft for years.

To start with, spice has its own connotations. For some it adds flavor, for others it's just painful. Useful for spells where you want to spice things up, and for those where you want to cause pain (which generally falls under cursing, but whatever).

What parts you use can also help with things. The seeds are usually the spiciest parts, so they could potentially be the most potent outside of using the whole pepper dried in some capacity.
