Ingredients: 

  • 8 oz (227gr) uncooked spaghetti or pasta of choice

For Tomato Sauce

  • 1 yellow onion finely chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves minced or finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or any vegetable oil
  • 13 oz (370 g) tomato sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For Vegan Mozzarella

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in hot water for 10-15 (or overnight) minutes and drained
